Conformity assessment to Technical regulations

In legislatively adjustable field the conformity assessment scheme, the selection of modules of the conformity assessment and technical requirements to production are defined by Technical regulations.

In the field of nuclear energy use, the conformity assessment to the specified requirements of radioactive waste management containers and the sealed sources of ionizing radiation is legislatively regulated. Conformity assessment scheme, selection of modules of the conformity assessment and technical requirements are defined by:

Technical regulation of packaging for storage and disposal of radioactive waste.

The list of national standards, which in case of voluntary application, is the proof of compliance of production to the requirements of the Technical regulation on containers for storage and disposal of radioactive waste;

Methodical recommendations concerning carrying out procedures of an conformity assessment of containers for storage and waste disposal.

CAB "CERTATOM”, in accordance with the established procedure underwent the procedures of accreditation and appointments according to the following Technical regulations:

• The Technical regulation of packaging sets for storage and disposal of radioactive waste approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine № 884 of 17.10.2018.;
